Welcome to Gill Neuroscience the office of Dr. Paul Gill, located in Cypress, TX in the North Cypress Medical Center Professional Building II. Dr. Paul Gill completed his Residency in Neurology at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center where he received the honor of being appointed chief resident.

After graduating Dr. Gill joined the OU neurology faculty and served as an Assistant Professor. While at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, he was given the title of headache specialist and also established the first OU neurology satellite clinic in Edmond, Oklahoma.

Along with a solid academic and clinic background, Dr. Gill has been active in various clinical research trials and published his work in well recognized scientific journals. Dr. Gill has been passionate about reaching out to the local communities. He has made multiple appearances on local news channels as well as radio show programs to discuss various neurological diseases.

Dr. Gill is board certified in Neurology and a member of the American Academy of Neurology.
